DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County rendered January 13, 2022, to transfer the appeal to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, on the ground that the appeal was taken to the wrong court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to transfer the appeal to the Appellate Division, Second Department, is granted (see 22 NYCRR 730.1 [b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
