Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 29, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED on the court's own motion that the appeal is dismissed, as petitioner-appellant is not aggrieved by the order appealed from, which imposed sanctions upon petitioner-appellant's attorney (see CPLR 5511; Scopelliti v Town of New Castle, 92 NY2d 944 [1988]); and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied as moot.
