Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2020. Application by Allison Weintraub, as executor of the estate of Carmela J. Costello, to be substituted for the deceased petitioner-respondent Carmela J. Costello, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Allison Weintraub, as executor of the estate of Carmela J. Costello, is substituted for the deceased petitioner-respondent Carmela J. Costello, and the caption is amended accordingly.
