Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Wayne County, entered August 19, 2022, and a judgment entered January 3, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 27, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
