Counsel having moved to be relieved of assignment on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court, rendered October 9, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to be relieved of assignment is denied, with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit that details the efforts made by counsel to find the appellant and ascertain her wishes with respect to the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 13, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
