ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated August 30, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the time of the respondents Douglas Bartolotta and Anne Marie Marx to file their respective briefs in the above entitled matter the date "September 26, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "September 29, 2023."
