| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 21, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as released the subject child to the care and custody of the respondent and, in effect, to continue the remand of the subject child to care and custody of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of so much of the order as released the subject child to the care and custody of the respondent is stayed, and the remand of the subject child to care and custody of the appellant is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
