ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 26, 2020, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 17, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "September 27, 2023."
