ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated August 7, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above- entitled matter the date "September 25, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "October 25, 2023."
