Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 9, 2023, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in any actions concerning the title to certain real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
