| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 23, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay so much of the order as directed the appellant to pay the full cost of the court-appointed business valuation expert is granted, and the provisions of the first decretal paragraph of the order to show cause dated July 6, 2023, are continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
