Appeals from eight orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2022, April 21, 2022, two dated October 7, 2022, June 14, 2023, June 15, 2023, and two dated June 16, 2023, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated February 24, 2023, this Court, inter alia, granted those branches of the appellants' motions which were to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action to the extent of staying all proceedings in the above-entitled action related to the enforcement of the order dated April 21, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders dated February 23, 2022, April 21, 2022, and October 7, 2022. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to clarify the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2023.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
