Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 30, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2022, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal.
