ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 28, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the defendant-respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "August 30, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "October 30, 2023."
