In the Matter of Howard Downer, respondent,

v Terry-Ann B. Brown, appellant.

(Docket No. F-11579-2017/22C)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Terry-Ann B. Brown from a purported order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 18, 2023. By order to show cause dated June 30, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 18, 2023, has been issued in the above-entitled proceeding.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

CONNOLLY, J.P., MALTESE, DOWLING and LANDICINO, JJ., concur.
