Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2023, and May 16, 2023, respectively. Joint motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to this Court from an order dated May 12, 2023, to stay enforcement of the order dated May 12, 2023, and, in effect, all proceedings, including the trial, in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 12, 2023, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right from the order dated May 12, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated May 12, 2023, and, in effect, all proceedings, including the trial, in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the order dated May 12, 2023, is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
