DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered July 29, 2022, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition the affidavit of errors is served and filed by October 6, 2023, and the appeal is perfected on or before November 15, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by November 15, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such notice upon the appellant in person.
