ORDERED that the orders on certification of this Court dated April 26, 2023, and August 23, 2023, and scheduling orders dated March 13, 2023, and May 5, 2023 on appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 16, 2023, in the above-entitled proceedings, are amended by deleting the word "Richmond" from the first sentence and substituting therefor "Suffolk."
