Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 16, 2021. Motion by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its capacity as receiver for Signature Bank, to be substituted for the respondent Signature Bank, and, in effect, to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its capacity as receiver for Signature Bank, is substituted for the respondent Signature Bank, and the caption is amended accordingly.
