Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 3, 2023, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and a judgment of the same court, dated December 2, 2019, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
