Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 12, 2021. Application by the appellants to substitute Rudine Munroe, as administrator of the estate of Joyce Munroe, for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Joyce Munroe, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Rudine Munroe, as administrator of the estate of Joyce Munroe, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Joyce Munroe, and the caption is amended accordingly.
