Appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Kings County, one dated March 16, 2021, one dated March 18, 2021, and three dated March 19, 2021, respectively. Motion by the respondent Maria R. to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the respondent Teofilo R. F. to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before November 3, 2023, the respondents Maria R. and Teofilo R. F. shall serve and file their respective respondents' briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their respective briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
