2023-04547 Congregation Zichron Be'er, etc., et al., respondents, v Martin Thaler, etc., et al., appellants. (Index No. 36020/2021)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 26, 2023. By order to show cause dated May 26, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order entered April 26, 2023, was issued in the above-entitled action and the court notice filed via NYSCEF on April 26, 2023, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPLR 5701).
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
LASALLE, P.J., MILLER, GENOVESI and LOVE, JJ., concur.
