DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, two dated July 19, 2018, and one dated March 5, 2020, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, also dated March 5, 2020, respectively. Motion by Robert Maddox, as executor of the estate of Alice McNamara, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Alice McNamara, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Alice McNamara.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Robert Maddox, as executor of the estate of Alice McNamara, is substituted for the deceased appellant Alice McNamara, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Alice McNamara is vacated.
