Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2021, and April 12, 2022, respectively, and appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the same court dated October 25, 2022. Motion by the appellants Local 621, E.E.I.U. and Hugh McAllister to hear the appeals and cross-appeal together and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross-appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hear the appeals and cross-appeal together is granted, and the appeals and cross-appeal will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross-appeal is denied.
