It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-respondent seeking an order directing appellant to amend the record on appeal is granted. The appellant shall file a Supplemental Record on Appeal containing the transcript of the oral argument of appellant's underlying discovery motion. The Supplemental Record on Appeal shall be served and filed on or before November 8, 2023.
It is Further Ordered that the appeal will be calendared for the January 2024 Term. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before November 30, 2023. Reply briefs if any, are to be filed on or before December 7, 2023.
