Application by the People pursuant to CPL 245.70 (6) to vacate or to modify a ruling of a Judge of the Justice Court of the Clarkstown, Rockland County, as set forth in an order of that court dated January 19, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application pursuant to CPL 245.70 (6) is granted to the extent that the order dated January 19, 2023 is vacated, and the People's motion for a protective order is granted.
