2015-01826 In the Matter of David W. Denenberg, admitted as David Warren Denenberg, a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2222149)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by David W. Denenberg for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Denenberg was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 14, 1988, under the name David Warren Denenberg. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2015, Denenberg was disbarred, effective January 21, 2015, based upon his conviction of a felony and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of Denenberg, 132 AD3d 188).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that David W. Denenberg, admitted as David Warren Denenberg, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, BARROS, CONNOLLY and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
