Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 3, 2023. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel, in effect, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic and to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is dismissed, and the appellant's assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.
