DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant (1) to compel the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to produce an audio copy of the trial minutes from March 12, 2021; September 12, 2021 and October 25, 2021 to the certified transcriber, and (2) for an extension of time to perfect the appeal, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered June 14, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to compel the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to produce an audio copy of the trial minutes from March 12, 2021; September 12, 2021 and October 25, 2021 to the certified transcriber is granted, and the Agency shall produce the copy to the certified transcriber within 15 days of the date of this decision & order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 29, 2023.
