DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for summary reversal on an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered November 7, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that the Order of Dismissal dated June 12, 2023 is hereby vacated and the appeal is restored to the calendar; and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion that the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before December 6, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by December 6, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person; and it further,
ORDERED that the motion for summary reversal is denied.
