ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated October 11, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above- entitled matter the date "October 16, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "November 15, 2023."
