On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order and order on certification of this Court dated October 2, 2023, and October 11, 2023, respectively, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated September 14, 2023, in the above-entitled proceeding, are amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the word "Queens" and substituting therefor the word "Kings."
