Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Frank S. Pappalardo, Esq., dated July 25, 2023,
It is hereby ORDERED that Todd G. Monahan, Esq., 25 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 838, Little Falls, NY 13365, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered May 22, 2023, in place of Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a transcript without having to pay a fee is granted to the extent that the Oneida County Clerk is hereby directed to provide Todd Monahan, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal herein must be perfected by electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245 and 22 NYCRR 1000.17, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and papers filed on this appeal shall be sealed, and
