Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 11, 2023. Motion by the appellants to confirm that an automatic stay of stated portions of the order is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1) and Education Law § 6280(d), pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
