On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 22, 2021, is amended by deleting from third paragraph thereof the date "May 12, 2022," and substituting therefor the date "November 22, 2021."
