An order having been entered on April 25, 2023, granting petitioner-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning the Monroe County Public Defender, as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Jane Yoon, Esq., dated September 5, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Randall Carmel, Esq., PO Box 500, Jericho, New York 11753, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered March 13, 2023, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Randall Carmel, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 29, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
