Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 1, 2022. Cross motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 15, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by December 15, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon the appellant in person; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is denied.
