Motions by appellant and respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 12, 2022, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated March 3, 2023, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition of the motions; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
