Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the stipulation of the parties filed October 25, 2023, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals from the orders dated June 30, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2022-07010 and 2022-07011 are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
