DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Virginia V. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2022, and December 16, 2022, an amended order of the same court dated December 16, 2022, and an order dated September 8, 2023, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated December 15, 2022, and December 16, 2022, and the amended order dated December 16, 2022, are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated September 8, 2023, on or before November 27, 2023, the parties shall file replacement copies of the briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-09183 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2023-00768, 2023-00769, and 2023-03130, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, upload digital replacement copies of the briefs that contain the corrected covers through the digital portal of this Court's website, and on or before November 27, 2023, the appellant shall cause the original papers constituting the record on appeal from the order dated September 8, 2023, to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]).
