DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) and an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated December 27, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to enlarge the record to include certain material. Cross-motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appellant failed to produce certain transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and cross-motion are denied.
