DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 26, 2022. Motion by the respondent's assigned counsel to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Richard L. Ferrante, 399 Knollwood Road, Ste. 111, White Plains, NY 10603, is relieved as counsel for the respondent, and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
