| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Mary Ellen Chicolo, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 7, 1986, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Mary Ellen Sach.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Mary Ellen Chicolo to Mary Ellen Sach, effective immediately.
