| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by David Minsoo Pyun, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 19, 2003, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to David M. Pyun.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from David Minsoo Pyun to David M. Pyun, effective immediately.
