DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2020-131 W CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Dolores A. Tilford, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order of this court dated February 19, 2020, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered November 13, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

The February 19, 2020 decision and order dismissed the appeal on the ground that the notice of appeal failed to designate the court to which the appeal was taken or the judgment being appealed. Appellant has not demonstrated that she has cured the defects.
