Motion by New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation to hold the appeal from the order dated November 30, 2021, in abeyance pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated January 17, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
