Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 1, 2022, which has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Seddio & Associates, P.C., for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant and, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
