| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 15, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated January 31, 2020, respectively. By order to show cause dated July 31, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, and December 21, 2020. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, and December 21, 2020.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, and December 21, 2020, is granted, and on or before December 6, 2023, the appellant shall submit corrected covers for the record , and upload, via NYSCEF, digital replacement copies of the record, and serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
