Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 7, 2022. The appeal by Liberty II Sweeping & Maintenance, Inc., and the appeal by Liberty II Trucking, LLC and Mark Micheli, have been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Grace Industries LLC to extend the time to perfect its appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
